Jem Education Direct Passes Annual Quality Accreditation
25/11/2011
Jem Education Direct (JED) are delighted to have passed their annual ISO BS EN 9001 accreditation audit for the seventh year in succession.
Not only was our accreditation successfully renewed ut there were zero instances of ‘non-compliance’.
The JED team in Sittingbourne received the good news on Thursday 17th November.
ISO 9001 is recognised around the world as the benchmark for quality systems and processes and as part of the accreditation process companies are required to be audited annually by an independent assessor to make sure they are complying with the agreed procedures.
JED have held the accreditation since 2004 but this year’s audit was particularly challenging as it followed the transfer of their mailing operations from Rushden to Sittingbourne and the integration of the Education Direct business.
The whole team worked hard beforehand to make sure all systems and procedures were fully integrated and on the day to ensure that the auditors inspection process went as smoothly as possible.

Jem Education Direct Managing Director, Andre Kleinman (with yellow tie) receives accreditation certificate from ISO auditor.
